Xavier Salazar, Psy.D

Dr. Xavier Salazar is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Clinical Neuropsychologist in private practice in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Pepperdine University in 2000, after completing an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at the Loma Linda Veterans Health Care System. He then completed a two-year APA-accredited postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He served as the Director of the Spanish Speaking Satellite of the Geriatric Neurobehavior and Alzheimer Disease Research Center (ADRC) at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center/USC Keck School of Medicine for seven years. He became a Qualified Medical Examiner for the state of California in 2002, and has been a Kaiser Permanente Affiliated Provider since 2005. Dr. Salazar is experienced in the assessment of adults from various backgrounds and with complex medical histories.
